In-app tour: “Telegram Notifications Setup”.

Telegram notifications deliver real-time trade alerts straight to your phone or computer. Setup takes about five minutes.

Step 1 — Create a Telegram bot.

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather.
  2. Send the /newbot command.
  3. Choose a name for your bot (e.g. “My Trade Copier”).
  4. Choose a username (it must end in “bot”).
  5. Copy the Bot Token you receive.

Keep your bot token private — don’t share it!

Step 2 — Get your Chat ID.

  1. Search for @userinfobot in Telegram.
  2. Start a chat and send any message.
  3. The bot replies with your Chat ID — a number like 123456789.
  4. Copy it.

Step 3 — Start your bot. Important: before the bot can message you, you must authorize it. Find your bot by its username and click Start (or send /start). Without this step the bot cannot message you!

Step 4 — Configure the app.

  1. Paste the Bot Token into the Bot Token field.
  2. Paste your Chat ID into the Chat ID field.
  3. Check Enable Telegram Notifications.
  4. Click Send Test Message to verify everything works.

Step 5 — Choose your notifications. Select which events you want alerts for: Order Filled, Position Opened/Closed, Order Rejected, Connection Status, and Errors. Start with fewer notifications and add more as needed.
