In-app tour: “Log Tab Guide”.

The Log tab shows real-time activity from the Trade Copier — connections, order activity, and system messages as they happen.

Reading log entries. Each entry shows a colored indicator (the message type), a timestamp, and the message text. The log scrolls automatically as new messages arrive.

Message types by color:

  • Green — informational (connections, fills).
  • Yellow — warnings (potential issues worth reviewing).
  • Red — errors (problems that may need attention).

Focus on the yellow and red entries when troubleshooting.

What the log is for: confirming orders were copied correctly, troubleshooting connection issues, verifying trade execution, and diagnosing errors. For persistent log files on disk, open the Log Folder via Help tab → Folder Locations. If you need more detail, enable Verbose Logging in the Settings tab.
