Parties and effective date

ETP Copier is sold under a lifetime license. New-site licenses are sold in EUR; displayed prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for EU customers. Lifetime describes the software license, not perpetual updates, support, compatibility, or subscriptions.

Delivery and operating systems
ETP Copier is a downloadable application supported on Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Simultaneous connections and unlimited accounts
Licensed capacity is measured by simultaneous connections. The software supports unlimited accounts; account count is not the licensed quantity. One-time connection add-ons are stackable and permanent.
Separate notification service
The optional notification service is the only ETP Copier subscription and is separate from the lifetime license. Monthly and annual plans provide recurring quotas. One-time top-ups may be used in pay-as-you-go mode and roll over.

Installation, activation, users, and devices
