In-app tour: “Connections Tab Guide”.

The Connections tab displays all your trading profiles and their connection status. From here you add, edit, and manage connections to different brokers and prop trading firms.

Adding a connection. Click the Add Connection button to create a new connection. You’ll need your broker credentials (username/password) provided by your prop firm or broker. Each connection represents one trading profile linked to a specific broker.

Finding connections. Use the filter/search box to quickly find connections by name — helpful when you manage many trading accounts.

Status groups. Connections are grouped by status:

  • Connected (green): actively linked to the platform.
  • Disconnected (gray): not currently active.

Click the arrow next to each group header to expand or collapse it.

Actions on a connected profile. While a connection is CONNECTED you have three options, and they are powerful — use them with caution:

  • Cancel Orders removes all pending orders on that connection.
  • Flatten closes all active positions — immediately, at market price.
  • Disconnect severs the platform link.

Actions on a disconnected profile. While a connection is DISCONNECTED you can:

  • Edit — modify settings like the connection name or server. (You can only edit connections while they’re disconnected.)
  • Delete — remove the connection permanently.
  • Connect — establish the platform link.

Reordering. You can drag and drop connections to reorder them — look for the drag handle (dots) on each row. The order is saved automatically.

Good to know:

  • All connections have a 30-second timeout.
  • If a connection fails, try a different server via Edit.
  • You must accept the Risk Disclosure the first time you connect.
  • Enable Auto Connect if you want a connection to establish itself automatically on startup.
