ETP Copier 4.0.0.0 Release Notes

We’re excited to announce the release of TradeCopier V4.0.0.0, packed with powerful upgrades and crucial bug fixes to enhance your trading experience. The highlight of this version is the Direct NinjaTrader 8 Connection, made possible through the ETP TradeCopier Add-On for NinjaTrader 8. Now, you can seamlessly copy trades to and from accounts connected to NinjaTrader 8, offering a new level of flexibility and integration in your trading operations.

New Features & Upgrades:

• Direct NinjaTrader 8 Connection With the help of the ETP TradeCopier Add-On for NinjaTrader 8, you can now directly connect and copy trades between NinjaTrader 8 and TradeCopier.
• Button Color Change The button color now switches to red when the copier is disabled, providing a clearer indication of the system’s status.
• Enhanced Logging We’ve increased the amount of data logged, giving you greater insight and control over your copier’s performance.
• Improved Folder System We’ve split the folder system to make troubleshooting more efficient. Now, you can delete individual settings files while preserving the rest: Note: All files are still secured with 512-bit encryption to ensure your data remains safe.
• Accounts.etp – Stores account-specific data.
  • AssignedInstruments.etp – Holds all instruments assigned to accounts.
  • Connections.etp – Contains connection data.
  • FavoriteInstruments.etp – Holds your favorite instruments.
  • General.etp – Stores general application settings (from the settings tab).
  • Groups.etp – Manages group data and assignments.
  • Settings.etp – The old save file; keep this if you wish to revert to a previous version.

Bug Fixes:

• Connection Stability Resolved crashes when connecting to certain prop firms.
• Auto Connection Fixed an issue where the auto-connect function would stop after encountering the first failed connection.
• Account Groups Fixed issues with account groups, ensuring they now:
• Save correctly.
  • Delete as intended.
  • Rename without errors.
• Accounts Tab Fixes Addressed problems where accounts were not displaying correctly and appeared unassigned.
• Trading Engine Fixes Improved the trading engine to ensure all orders are executed reliably, preventing the risk of leaving open positions in limbo.
